Hair Straighteners

Hair Straighteners, or flat irons are based on the same principle as crimpers but have flat plates to iron out frizz or curl. They are used for pressing really curly hair. Tired of your boring old blow drier, that allows you to spend thirty minutes in the mirror and come out with a result you totally did not want? Well don't fret my friend, because if you want straight and smooth, frizz free hair. Try a hair straightner. Hair straightners are a great option when deciding to straighten your hair. There are different types of hair straightners; you have to decide which one is right for you. It depends on the texture, frizz, and length of you hair. There are three quality hair straightners Steam irons, ceramic hair straightner and regular flat iron.

Straightening Iron - Used after blow drying, this tool provides a sleek and straight look. Simply clamp the two flat, heated plates over a section of hair, and slowly glide down to the ends.

Hair Straighteners Tips

Hair StraightenersUse a gentle styling spray before heat straightening.

Hair Straighteners are designed for occasional, not daily use, as they work at a high temperature, which can cause damage to the hair. Hair straighteners allow straightening of hair at home without the need to go to the salon for chemical treatments or other expensive methods.

Popular Hair Straighteners brands include Sedu, Solia, and CHI.

I have a straightner, and i am planning to get a new one, because i noticed it is frying my hair. I don't have it wet, i just have really thick hair. when i am done straightning my hair, it is really frizzy. What kind of straightner that is around 20 to 30 dollars do you suggest, and what frizz control? (i use vive shampoo) .
