Vitamin C - it helps speed up alcohol break down in the body. You can drink natural fruits juices like orange, lemon or grapefruit.
Water - these is the best and the cheapest home remedy for you hangover. Drink plenty of water to ease dehydration; it also helps in flushing alcohol out of your body.
Honey - it is a great remedy for hangover because it contains fructose that helps in breaking down alcohol.
Vitamin B complex - you can take one capsule to shorten the duration of your hangover. You can also eat fruits and vegetables rich in vitamin B complex if you don't want the capsule form.
Cold pack - it is best in relieving headache.

It is also recommended to eat carbohydrates, like bread or rice when you have hangover. Avoid drinking coffee or other caffeinated drinks for it will only worsen your hangover.
