Hairstyles that Work with Thick HairChoosing a hairstyle that will be easy enough for you to manage on a regular basis can be a bit difficult. If you have thick hair, you will find that choosing the right haircut can be even more difficult.
Layered Haircuts For Thick Hair
When you choose a non-layered hairstyle, you will often find that the hair will become very uncontrollable and difficult to manage.
Layered haircuts tend to be the best option for people who have thick hair.
It makes managing thick hair a lot easier, mainly because it adds different levels of depth to the hair.
Opt for Medium to Long Length
If you have thick hair, avoid a short haircut. The main reason is because short hairstyles tend to cause thick hair to become poofy.
Medium and long hairstyle will provide the hair with extra weight, which will ultimately hold it down. Since updos are a great way to control thick hair if you are having a bad hair day, you will also want to keep it long enough to go into a ponytail or bun.
With Bangs or Without Bangs?
Bangs suits very well with thick hair but sometimes bangs tend to be very difficult to take care because they will may not lay flat and also can become very frizzy. Go for side swept bangs if you want to have bangs.
